IT Customer Support Officer
Job Description
You will be responsible for providing first line IT support to the company’s employees. This will include troubleshooting Level 1 and payroll application issues.
Job Requirement
Your previous experience in a service desk or technical customer support role will see you succeed in this position. Specifically, you will have experience with the following:
- Accounts payable and/or procurement, HRMS or Financial Management systems
- Windows 10
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Office Suite
You will be organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively. You will also be an excellent communicator who can work well both independently and in a team.
