Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers
- Monitoring and maintaining customer computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support to all customers
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Install, configure, and upgrade PC software
- Troubleshoot new and critical technical issues as they arise
- Ensure effective, regular and timely communication is provided to all stakeholders
Job Requirement
- Experience supporting Windows environments
- Ability to deploy, configure, and support operating systems on desktop and mobile
- General awareness of computer systems, PC repair, and network management
- Understanding and appreciation for information security within systems and user devices
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a busy help desk environment
- Willingness to learn Linux sysadmin skills (existing Linux sysadmin skills a big plus)
