IT Project Coordinator
Job Description
You will be responsible for managing the schedule, budget and resources, and risks and issues. Additionally you will be updating the PPM tool, complete monthly reporting and assist in the preparation of fortnightly status reports in MS PowerPoint. There will also be general activities such as assisting the project and program manager in documenting, coordinate new starter on boarding and IT systems access, and arranging meetings and workshops.
Job Requirement
- Extensive IT project experience in a coordinator role or similar within a formal delivery framework
- Experience maintaining budgets - forecasts and actuals
- Experience maintaining project schedules, tracking and updating deliverables and milestones
- Formal project reporting – ideally within a Project Portfolio Management tool
- Contribution to project documentation such as estimates, plans, briefs, and communication packs
- Experience with:

- Microsoft PPM (desirable), or equivalent Project Portfolio Management tool (e.g. Primavera, Artemis)
- Microsoft Project or similar (essential)
- MS Excel (intermediate level skills – comfortable with functions, formulas and Pivot Tables)
- JIRA and Confluence (desirable)
- MS Word, MS PowerPoint
