IT Support

The IT Support role duties includes:

• Provide technical assistance and support for end-user IT software and hardware
• Prioritise and escalate tasks as required
• Customer focused roll
• Some travel may be required
• Immediate Start

Essential Skills:

• Knowledge of Windows 7 / 10
• Knowledge of networking cabling and wireless technologies
• Knowledge of MS office products with a focus on microsoft Teams
• Knowledge of Office 365 / Azure 
• Using remote support tools
• Experience with mobile technologies (IOS / Android / Windows)

Desirable :

• Industry certification
• Construction ERP experience Vista by Viewpoint / Jobpac / or Cheops
• Construction based collaboration Aconex / Teambinder / Procore
• Microsoft technologies 
• Experience with MS server technologies File and Print Services / Active Directory 
• Basic understanding of networking technologies

It is expected that you will have the following attributes:

• Excellent verbal communication skills / phone manner
• Strong written communication skills
• Industrious attitude
• Strong problem solving skills
• Experience in a similar role, or life experience and actively studying for an IT Tafe or University qualification

This is a full time, salaried position.
