Job Description
The IT Support role duties includes:
- Provide technical assistance and support for end-user IT software and hardware
- Prioritise and escalate tasks as required
- Customer focused roll
- Some travel may be required
- Immediate Start
Essential Skills:
- Knowledge of Windows 7 / 10
- Knowledge of networking cabling and wireless technologies
- Knowledge of MS office products with a focus on microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of Office 365 / Azure
- Using remote support tools
- Experience with mobile technologies (IOS / Android / Windows)
Job Requirement
Desirable :
- Industry certification
- Construction ERP experience Vista by Viewpoint / Jobpac / or Cheops
- Construction based collaboration Aconex / Teambinder / Procore
- Microsoft technologies
- Experience with MS server technologies File and Print Services / Active Directory
- Basic understanding of networking technologies
It is expected that you will have the following attributes:

- Excellent verbal communication skills / phone manner
- Strong written communication skills
- Industrious attitude
- Strong problem solving skills
- Experience in a similar role, or life experience and actively studying for an IT Tafe or University qualification
