IT Support Engineer
Job Description
- Good knowledge of Corporate IT Networks
- Working knowledge of Microsoft systems
- Experience with VMWare/HyperV
- Support and management of Microsoft Core infrastructure including Server 2008-2019, Terminal Services, Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Working knowledge of O365 systems.
- Experience providing level 2 Desktop support, including applications & hardware.
Job Requirement
- Experience with analysing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems;
- Performing regular backups of all Company data;
- Recommending and applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes;
- Installing and configuring new hardware and software;
- Controlling the addition/removing, or updating of user account information, in line with client company policies;
- Liaise with external clients and third parties, when requested, in order to resolve issues.
- Maintain a proactive, results-oriented mindset to effectively prioritise under pressure.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will provide support duties for the many SMB clients within Metro Adelaide. This role will require travelling to each site so a current drivers licence, and reliable car is a must.
