IT Support Officer
Job Description
- System Administration including trouble shooting, liaise with external help desk contractors and logging issues
- Resolve user software and hardware issues
- EDI Administration
- Manage application upgrades
- Training internal and external users
- Build effective relationships with key internal staff and external vendors
Job Requirement
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following;
- 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in training users on a range of IT products
- Experience with EDI Integration Software
- Experience with designing and developing T-SQL and SQL Server Stored Procedures
- Good problem solving skills
- Good written & verbal communication skills
