Your new role
You will have 2+ years’ experience as an IT Support Technician providing L1-2 Support. You will have proven experience troubleshooting Hardware, Software, Applications, Systems and basic Networking issues. You will have exemplary communication skills and the ability to respond to user requests via phone, email and face to face. This role although initially a 3 month contract role does have a high potential to go perm for an exceptional performer.
Job Requirement
You will have experience with:
- L1-2 IT Support
- Windows 7 & 10 and Windows Server
- Ticketing systems
- Document management systems
- Exchange
- Printer and office peripheral equipment troubleshooting
- Active Directory
- Ipad, laptop and mobile device support
- VPN access, WiFi setup
- Knowledge of AV equipment
