IT System Admin and Support Analyst
Job Description
- Provide support to clients through the IT ‘Help Desk’.
- Manage IT facilities and asset management.
- Configuration and maintenance for thin client, SOE desktop and laptop computers.
- Provide administration and support of ERP software.
- Prepare documentation of support procedures.
- SharePoint administration.
- Email system administration.
- Telephony provisioning, administration and maintenance.
- Security patches and antivirus software management.
