IT Systems Administrator

We are looking for someone who has a few years of experience in IT that is resourceful, proactive, and quick to learn. You will ideally have exposure to Azure, Dynamics 365 and Office 365. The position is for a part-time position only but may be considered for a full-time position in the future.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Systems integration and continued rolling out of Dynamics CRM systems
• Technician for installation and repair of all IT system issues throughout the business
• Oversee IT infrastructure and coordinate installation and repairs as necessary
• Provide ongoing user management support in Active Directory and Office 365
• Regularly review and maintain on-premise servers and VM on Microsoft Azure
• Install and upgrade installed programs and manage licences as required
• Provide to support for cloud-based phone systems
• Manage overall network security and firewalls
• Manage the Cisco and Ubiquiti network devices
• Manage company's WordPress websites
• Assist in the asset tracking and work order systems
• Assemble and maintain system design documentation

• Relevant tertiary and professional IT qualification
• Minimum 3 years of working experience related to IT field
• Knowledge and proficiency in the Microsoft Software and Services including Dynamics 365, Office 365, Azure, Active Directory
• Basic knowledge of IP networking including DNS, DHCP, routing and switching
• Basic software development skill (PHP, Python, MySQL, MSSQL)
• Familiarity with WordPress content management systems
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Preferably someone who has a second language.
