Job Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
• Manage the overall infrastructure day-to-day operations
• Provide support in planning and managing server operations, cloud systems and network operations
• Ensure system performance and SLA’s are met
• Participate in incident review, change management and root cause analysis for all production deployments, maintenances and outages
• Oversee contractors and suppliers servicing the IT infrastructure
• Monitor infrastructure systems and manage related risks
• Develop plans, procedures and activities to support business recovery

Job Requirement

You will have:
• strong experience in a systems engineering role (ideally 5+ years), including experience in design and implementation of high-availability infrastructure with disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities
• High level knowledge, understanding and experience in ITIL principles
• Demonstrated knowledge of end to end project management
• Expert knowledge in virtualisation technologies (VMware and Hyper-V) and current Microsoft server systems, management tools and industry best practices
• Expert level knowledge in VDI solutions based on Citrix and public cloud solutions
• High level of knowledge in cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure)
• The ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
• Passion for delivering high levels of customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management, organisation and problem-solving skills

The successful candidate will also be required to obtain a positive notice in the Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and any other legislatively required personal history screening as required.
