Junior Assistant Accountant

• Media billing - Media reconciliations, media billing, processing pro formas
• Production Billing -  Job Cost Report management, WIP meetings, billing clients.
• Accounts Payable - Coding invoices, supplier queries, bank and supplier statement reconciliations.
• Assistant Accounting - Ad hoc duties (P&L, balancesheet) and assistance with their Audit process.

This is a great opportunity to move into a market leader whilst having responsibility for a diverse set of duties. There are succession plans in place for this hire and the client will invest development and training costs. The successful candidate should have a relevant accounting qualification (Degree, TAFE etc..)
 
All applicants should have previous Billings experience from a Media or Advertising Agency.
