Job Description
- Contribute to driving the product vision through backlog management and stakeholder management;
- Execute on studio's production approach with the opportunity to provide feedback on process;
- Report on tasks and issues relating to progress and project goals both within the team and with external stakeholders;
- Assess risks with the team and raise issues associated with the backlog;
- Provide insights to stakeholders by representing production realities;
- Conduct ad hoc jobs related to project support where required.
Job Requirement
- an Agile mindset (read: Agile values and principles);
- a servant leader who is highly organised, analytical and goal driven;
- the ability to quickly adapt to change and work well under pressure;
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with leadership qualities;
- familiar with project management software and other task tracking tools (e.g. Jira);
- an understanding of the video game market and knowledge of technology.
Desirable:
- Having one or more Agile certifications from Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, Kanban University or PMI;
- A good technical background; although you're not going to be cutting code as part of your role at Wargaming Sydney, developing a AAA game is technical in nature;
- Familiarity with development using Unreal Engine;
