Job Description
- Assisting with drafting and reviewing letters, agreements and other documents under instruction
- Preparation of legal research notes for internal use, reviewing and advising on regulations, caselaw and legislation
- Assisting with preparation for Board and Committee meetings and AGM preparation
- Reviewing and advising on ASX Listing Rules, researching market practice and preparing administrative ASX and ASIC filings
- Assisting with updating and maintaining corporate registers
Job Requirement
- Have completed at least two years of university with distinction or better results
- Be studying a law degree
- Have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Possess high personal integrity
- Have the ability and trustworthiness to maintain strict confidentiality on issues of a sensitive nature
