- Ownership of the marketing strategy for the business (online and direct)
- Responsibility for the implementation and execution of the Marketing CRM
- Design / Copy / Videos / Socials
Job Requirement
- Execute. When your KPI is for 20 conversions, you deliver 30 of high-quality conversions.
- Strategise. You’ve built brands before and know how to take a startup to an industry recognised name.
- Have a natural talent for understanding, using and improving systems. We use Hubspot.
- Design. Know your way around InDesign and Photoshop and most importantly have a creative flair.
- Know when to pivot when something's not working.
- Have used WordPress before. In fact, you call it a second home.
- You have a ‘how can I improve this’ attitude. You are solution focused and goal-driven.
- Enjoy being part of the end to end marketing strategy from concept through to execution and monitoring.
- Create. From content, blog articles, social posts, video ads, event set-ups, good news stories to reports. You are a creative at heart.
- You are a team player. This is non-negotiable.
