Job Description
- Support the marketing manager and other colleagues in marketing activities
- Liaise and communicate with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations;
- Service consumer inquiries on tourism to Malaysia through walk-ins, telephone calls, letters, e-mails, faxes, social media and record such enquiries accordingly
- Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors.
- Maintain a database of operators and industry contacts,
- Manage and monitor tourist information counter.
- Assist in the preparation, revision and execution of familiarization tour programmes to Malaysia for media, tour operators, travel planners and travel agencies.
- Assist the Director and/or Deputy Director in any other matters as directed from time to time

Job Requirement
- 2+ years of experience in marketing within the travel industry
- Ability to grow and maintain relationships with suppliers, wholesalers and travel partners
- Strong experience working with both B2B and B2C
- Knowledge on online and digital marketing
