Reporting to the Finance Director the Operations Analyst will be focused on providing insights to help the Operations team drive gross margin improvements from production activities. Working closely with multiple sites and relevant operations managers in the analysis of production data, margins & inventory will be core components of the role.
The capability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders including production team members and general management level will be important.
Job Requirement
Experience dealing with large volumes of data and the extraction and summarising of this data is essential.
Experience in a manufacturing or production based business will be highly regarded but more important is the ability to recognise relationships between factors impacting on costs, efficiency, and budgeted margins.
The ability to prepare well structured analysis and present to relevant stakeholders in a format that caters for the priorities of the respective information users / stakeholders is essential.
