Job Description
- Maintain a high performing culture based around our company values of Authenticity, Responsibility, Understanding and Purposeful
- Build, lead, motivate and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
- Manage the day-to-day activities in the business operations and ensure a highly efficient and well functioning team
- Design and implement operational strategies plan and procedures in collaboration with CEO and Services Manager
- Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the organisation processes, polices and systems
- Set comprehensive goals for teams relating to performance, growth, client experience and risk management
Job Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading a team
- Ability to coach, inspire, and motivate employees, and establish an atmosphere of teamwork
- Ability to work calmly and smartly under pressure whilst managing multiple tasks and projects at once
- Proven commercial acumen with ability in strategic thinking, proactive planning, project management and operational execution
- Knowledge of NSW Disability Services Act, NSW Disability Service Standards, and other relevant legislation - preferable
