Job Description

Collateral Review: Review and approve marketing collateral from the TPG Suite of brands to ensure legal compliance. Training will be provided. Assets for approval include TVCs, Radio scripts, Banners, Catalogues, Tickets, eDMs, Social Media, Internal Comms, Customer Comms, SMS, Out Of Home (billboards, bus sides), Digital and Flyers.
Drafting Terms and Conditions: Assistance with drafting terms and conditions to support short-term promotional offers, competitions (games of skill and chance) and gift with purchase campaigns.
Legal Research: Legal research on a broad range of legal issues, preparing first drafts of legal advice with support from lawyers in the team. The business comes to us with questions: "Can I do this?" "Things have gone wrong - what should we do?" and we look in to those and advise them.

Job Requirement

Attention to detail: Attention to detail is critical in this role. In order to maintain legal compliance, it is important that pieces are reviewed in detail and in accordance with our approved messaging.
Creative problem solving: The ability to provide creative solutions to problems will help to ensure that materials are both legally compliant and yet still compelling from a marketing perspective.
Written communication: Strong written communication stills are crucial to this role, in order to ensure that our stakeholders receive advice that is relevant, concise and easy to understand.
Verbal communication: You will be engaging directly with various stakeholders from across the TPG business, often over the phone or in meetings. Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
