Job Description
- Manage end to end Learning program administration. This includes course set up, monitoring registrations, working with external facilitators on preparation, distribution of pre-work and post-work, answering participant queries, arranging course materials, organizing and organizing evaluations
- Support our Culture and Engagement initiatives including the coordination of annual engagement and culture surveys, support communications plan and manage the administration and coordination of data gathering for our support the WGEA (Workplace Gender Equality Agency) submissions and support our Diversity & Inclusion Events.
- Support the broader People and Culture team to build capability across the organisation in utilising our Learning Management System (LMS) to its full extent.
- Manage invoice processes and payments, maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers
Job Requirement
We are seeking a People and Culture Graduate to support our Learning & Development and Organisational Design team.
- Learning, OD or HR coordination or administration experience would be highly regarded
- A Degree in a related discipline
- A passion for systems/technology with a creative mind
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills (both written and verbal)
