The Ramsay Gradplus program provides interns with the best provisional year development program and the chance for a rewarding and long-term career with Australia’s most progressive and successful health care company. We provide dedicated support and guidance along with Educators, clinical nurse specialists, managers and a Gradplus Coordinator at every facility to assist GradPlus clinicians throughout the program.

Our program provides ongoing education throughout the 12 months including Growth series days, continued formal and informal feedback along with competency based assessments within our supportive environment. This will run alongside your external ITP program. All these measures will ensure that at the completion of the program our interns have the confidence of knowing their clinical and professional skills are not only meeting but exceeding industry standards.

Interns if successful in obtaining a program will be required to provide;

  • Successful completion of your studies and be provisionally registered with AHPRA
  • Be able to undertake 12 months full-time employment (1824 supervised hours)
  • Ability to make sound decisions and accept responsibility for own practice
  • Knowledge of legislative requirements of relevant professional practice
  • Demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Be willing to embrace the values of The Ramsay Way
