Job Description
- Attending client meetings with Principal Solicitor
- Drafting estate planning documents and probate applications, to be checked by Principal Solicitor
- Filing documents with the Supreme Court
- Residential conveyancing matters under the supervision of Principal Solicitor
- General file management
- Attending networking events
Job Requirement
- Must have an interest in Wills and Estates Law
- Experience with Smokeball, Pexa and Redcrest desirable however NOT necessary
- Must be conscientious and have a strong attention to detail
- Must be eager to learn and develop skills
- No prior legal experience is required as training is provided
