Job Description
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across product & Customer performance reporting and insights, providing business units with a holistic view to prevent siloes.
- Analysing and deriving actionable insights from all forms of available data and information sources.
- Providing actionable, solutions-oriented metrics, insights and recommendations that lead to growth in Customer and product revenue as a result of a better understanding of the drivers of financial performance.
- Drive increased revenue and reduced costs through determining strategic pricing offers.
- Assist in the development and coordination of insight-led engagement programs across the Consumer Division related to financial performance
Job Requirement
- Identify and review key business/financial drivers, with detailed analysis identifying initiatives that will improve business performance, accountability and profitability
- Develop PoC reporting on customer behavior and provide hand-over to the appropriate team members in conjunction with documented instruction on managing the report
- Monitor product profitability, funding requirements and consider staff and customer feedback to make proactive pricing recommendations for interest rates and fees
- Develop all financial and statistical modeling in line with the Banks risk appetite and PCI compliance requirements in accordance with methodologies agreed by all key stakeholders;
