We are seeking Principal Consultants to join our Brisbane team across our Data & Analytics, and DevOps pillars. You will be a Senior member of the Brisbane team, but connected to the wider Servian leadership. You will be passionate about growing people, keeping abreast of technology and delivering impactful solutions.
Job Requirement
Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales activity and relationship building with clients and technology partners. Building accurate estimates and commercial models for advisory and consulting engagements. Leading the consultants and being accountable for the outcomes of the work delivered. Ensuring consultants are provided with feedback and are supported through their engagements to deliver outcomes to clients and opportunities for personal growth. Consulting to clients in the form of strategic recommendations, report writing, analysis and delivery. Producing solution architectures and proposals for new projects. Presenting to clients and partners on Servian solutions and offerings. Workshop facilitation with clients, technology partners and our team.
About you:
Previous solution design and delivery experience in one or more of the following - Data, Cloud or DevOps domains. Experience building a highly effective team. A passion for developing people and helping them to learn technical skills which can improve their careers. Strong non-technical skills in regards to estimation, delivery management and commercial acumen. A sharp focus on customer outcomes which delivery high satisfaction. An open mind to learning new technologies plus obtaining technical and training certifications.
