Job Description
Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Assisting in the preparation of site safety documentation for GHD staff as well as participation in other on-site safety activities
- Supporting senior team members on budgets, project scheduling, on site inspections
- Preparation of reports and project documentation
- Assisting the Project Management team on responding to queries from external stakeholders & the community around the project site
Job Requirement
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
- Current student studying a course in either Civil Engineering or Project Management at either the TAFE or University level
- Strong desire to gain practical experience on real projects
- Well-developed communication skills and a proven attention to detail
- The desire to kick start a career in Project Management

Our South Australian region is currently seeking a student, currently studying a Civil or Structural Engineering or Project Management course to take up an Assistant Project Manager opportunity on major Civil Infrastructure projects throughout this year. This position will be offered on a part time or casual basis to help provide flexibility for you around current study and personal situation, whilst still ensuring you’re supported, can gain new skills and strengthen existing ones.
