Property Economics & Research Internship Program

• Responding to internal and external client requests and escalating to senior staff where necessary;
• Research, modelling, analysis and database creation and maintenance
• Undertaking audits, site visits and interviews/surveys
• Presenting research findings and industry trends/issues internally
• Developing an in-depth knowledge of sites and projects

You will be an undergraduate or post-graduate student undertaking studies in a relevant field, who is passionate about city shaping, has great communication skills and an interest in working in a professional services / consulting environment. Successful candidates will have a strong academic record and possess a combination of the following technical skills and attributes:

• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise
• Strong analytical skills to interpret research data 
• Ability to adopt a logical approach to problem solving and make objective and informed recommendations to assist the team; 
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and through written communication
