Job Description
Under the direction of the Executive Director (Communications and Engagement) and in close collaboration with the Principal and Chief Operating Officer, the Registrar leads the Admissions Team in the effective management of the admissions process across the School. The Canberra Girls Grammar School Registrar is also a key contact for prospective families.
This important role manages a small team responsible for responding to enrolment enquiries, building strong relationships with prospective families and for gathering, recording and interpreting application, exit trends and data to ensure a strategic approach to marketing the School, and that a strong pipeline of future students is developed and maintained.
Job Requirement
Previous experience working in a fast-paced administrative environment, with a customer service focus is essential to ensuring a high level of service excellence.
