Job Description
- Support the Renewal Sales Specialists to secure the renewal of the contracts of our Digital Experience customers install base in coordination with the Customer Success Managers and the rest of the Adobe Sales Team.
- Research customer contracts and purchasing history in Adobe's various CRM systems in order to build timely and accurate forecasting around both retention and growth.
- Identify expansion opportunities of future quarter renewals to generate additional revenue (upsell & cross-sell), presenting opportunities to closure and/or ensuring that the appropriate account management and customer success manager resources are engaged to maximize the opportunity.
- Assist in the handling of a pipeline of renewals and capture the required insights to support Adobe’s ability to consistently forecast and deliver above expectation results.
- Negotiate, liaise and communicate both internally and possibly externally using appropriate guided methods to facilitate the renewal process and closure of successful renewals.
- Deliver online presentations and demonstrations to achieve and exceed your set goals.
- Track non-renewal, pending, and lost renewals including reasons for cancellation for analysis.
