Roy Morgan Graduate Program - 2021 Intake

About the Program:

• A 2 year immersive, rotational program with experience and exposure to multiple areas of the business ranging from a couple of weeks to a couple of months per rotation
• Provides exposure to a variety of departments across the whole Roy Morgan organisation to gain a broad understanding of the principles and processing aspects involved in obtaining and analysing information & marketing research
• Provides Learning and Development opportunities through multi-modal in-house training, whether online self-learning platforms, departmental lunch & learns, or specialized group learning, and through coaching and mentoring opportunities.
• Our high performing graduates may be offered a permanent full-time role at the conclusion of the program

To be eligible for our Grad Program, you must:

• Be a recent tertiary graduate, with a strong academic record
• Have successfully completed a degree (Bachelor, Honors or Masters) which could include disciplines such as Psych, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Digital Technologies or Business.
• Be eligible to work in Australia (Citizenship and/or Permanent Residency)
• Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Have strong analytical skills
• Have the ability to show initiative, and problem-solve
