工作内容

Marketing: coordinate press and digital marketing campaigns, liaise with all advertising, PR agencies and other external providers, marketing reports
Sales: prepare sales and marketing plans for all projects, maintain current price lists for all projects
Settlements: Conduct settlement inspections with purchasers and assist in the handover process
Administration duties as required, such as processing of contracts
Liaison and coordination with Sales Agents, Purchasers, Conveyancers, Agencies & Suppliers

工作要求

Experience in a similar Sales & Marketing administration/coordinator role with a Property Developer or Project Marketer
Experience in Apartment projects, and detailed understanding of the contract of sale process
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate with strong ability in any software required, namely the full Microsoft Office Suite
