Senior Data Analyst
Job Description
- Review the current state concerning the generation and use of HRIS data within the organisation (significant analysis has been undertaken in this area).
- Develop a "to be" systems design for the generation and downstream use of HRIS data following the implementation of new systems in the HRIS domain (blueprint for this exists).
- Advise on how to optimise outcomes in the "to be" state from a data distribution and business enablement perspective.
- Undertake the integration development necessary to realise the "to be" state.
- Conduct testing to ensure the quality of HRIS data in downstream systems.
- Continuously review data management and implement improvements.
- Implement data cleansing and standardisation across the system.
- Undertake data migration activities.
- Align data decisions with the strategic direction of CEDP.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of data analytics and insights processes and procedures.
- Ensure accurate, timely and secure data management processes.
Job Requirement
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field.
- Experience delivering data analysis over a range of data sources and formats and demonstrated experience contributing to the creation of a data governance frameworks.
- Experience developing integrations over a range of data sources and formats and demonstrated experience contributing to the creation of a data governance frameworks.
- Experience using technology tools to streamline and improve the outcomes of data cleansing and data migration activities.
- Experience with Alteryx would be highly advantageous, as would experience working on HRIS projects involving SuccessFactors and/or Kronos.
- Strong project activity planning skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
