Job Requirement
As a Senior Manager at Monitor Deloitte, you will manage risk and complexity as you lead large programs of work or multiple engagements concurrently. You will need to:
- Have a clear and focused industry alignment and client franchise;
- Design, manage, and deliver large multi-disciplinary programs of work;
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, and build long-term relationships that you will then develop into sales opportunities and pursuits;
- Manage engagements and be responsible for scoping and financial management; and
- Be a people leader – coaching and developing junior practitioners.
You will demonstrate strong leadership qualities and provide clear guidance to your team to navigate complex situations. You will be able to successfully manage people and expectations. Your cornerstone abilities will be to develop your internal relationships and team, develop sales opportunities through your networks, and guide your team to fulfil them.
