Settlements/Credit Analyst Officer
Job Description
Credit Acceptance and Settlements:
* Credit acceptance: load and analyse credit applications based on multifaceted matrix Collect credit supporting documentation: financial accounts, property confirmation, credit reports, AML required documents
* Organise quoting, final pricing and income allocation
* Refer credit applications to a variety of funding lines
* Generating all documentation relating to finance contracts
* Disburse documentation to supplier/end user
* Manage settlements
* Handle original documentation
* Continuous focus on SLA and service
Account Management
* Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
* Forecast and track key account figures
* Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
* Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Job Requirement
* 1-2 years experience in Asset Finance would be highly regarded, but also open to graduates looking for a foot into the Asset Finance space
* Exceptional verbal and written communication
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* Exceptional personal presentation skills
* Advanced computer skills including extensive experience with the MS Office suite of products (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, Outlook) plus CRM systems
* An ability to liaise effectively at an all levels and to work under pressure
