Job Description
The ICT Software Developer role is primarily responsible for the administration/management, development, enhancement and automation of business applications and services. This role is expected to manage the design, development, and release of DHSV mobile responsive websites and backend systems to enable innovative information access and integration to both the workforce and DHSV clients.
As part of the ICT Systems team, this ITIL focused role will provide maintenance of business application systems and dependant databases for business functions enterprise wide or in a designated major area of business. Duties vary between Business As Usual (BAU) support and Projects ensuring services and outcomes are delivered on time without detrimental compromise in quality.
Working closely with clients, their colleagues, ICT Management and other stakeholders, the ICT Software Developer will identify users’ application and data requirements and seek opportunities that will improve business processes and support strategies including reporting services.
