Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Software Engineering Intern to join a leading Package/Freight delivery company based in Sydney.

The company is undergoing an important business transformation and is currently developing an innovative platform to promote their products and services. To assist with their growth, they are looking for a talented and passionate Software Development Intern to join their development team and assist in the development of the company's innovative platform.

Responsibilities & missions:

Receive training on developing & maintaining internal IT projects on NetSuite
Gain invaluable experience while working with different development tools, languages such as SuiteScript, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS and bootstrap
Provide assistance with platform development and maintenance
Assist in improving processes around data entry to NetSuite
Supporting the IT Program Manager with the development of new features or enhancement of existing ones to deliver a better customer experience

Job Requirement

An undergraduate degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
Excellent skills in software development and analytics
Ability to manage multiple tasks, and deliver against tight deadlines
Detail-oriented and self-driven
Proficiency with JavaScript is a huge plus
Experience with a CRM system is a plus
