Your Role
The Software Engineer - Application Development, will take a leading role in professional services development and delivery of 1st class technical solutions to our clients across a broad range of industries (government, financial services and energy). This includes the design and implementation and testing of software systems and integration.
Highly desirable if you have experience in the development of AI, Bots and CTI applications.
Job Requirement
Some things we'll look for in you:
- Software Engineer with proven delivery skills and a track record in delivering software projects.
- Customer-Centric approach, eliciting customer business requirements and solution architecture and design proposals.
- Experience in creating work breakdown structures, work estimations.
- Must have extensive advanced Java and C sharp experience
- Current or previous experience in contact centre environment.
