About Your Role
As part of our Training & Simulation Software team, this full-time permanent software engineer role is to provide support in the areas of Requirements Engineering, Software Architecture, Software Design,
- Perform preliminary and detailed software design on solution components as assigned and guided by the Simulation Solutions Engineering Manager or Software Team Leader.
- Implementation of approved software designs in an appropriate coding language and technologies as required, utilising tools provided by a Software Development Environment.
- Participating in code inspections and design reviews.
- Performing informal and formal testing.
- Supporting system integration and V&V activities.
Job Requirement
How About You?
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Proven software development experience across different environments.
- Awareness of software development methodologies and best practice.
- Strong programming skills in C/C++/Java and exposure to other high level languages.
- Object Orientated Software Design Experience and Modelling tools.
