Job Description
- Provide general assistance to the Integrated Transport team.
- Assist in design and surveying duties related to traffic engineering and/or sustainable transport.
- Assist with investigating and actioning department customer service requests and correspondence processes.
- Assist with traffic engineering, parking management and sustainable transport tasks.
- Effectively liaise with the community, other stakeholders, and Council staff in relation to transport related issues and enquiries.
- Assist in the analysis of transport, parking, and sustainable transport projects, including the collection of data, the undertaking of field surveys / community surveys etc.
- Action traffic facility maintenance requests and traffic committee resolutions.
- Undertake special projects and investigations.
Job Requirement
- Currently undertaking a Civil Engineering, Planning, Surveying, Environmental Engineering or Landscape Architecture degree
- Written and oral communication skills
- Microsoft Office experience
- Teamwork

- Class C driver’s licence
- A current WHS General Construction Induction (White) card (or preparedness commitment to acquire a White Card)
