  • Tier 1 IT Infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Network) 

  • Virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMWare, Citrix) 

  • Windows Server, Linux Operating Systems 

  • Cisco switching & routing experience and a good knowledge of access technologies

  • Information security and system hardening 

  • Remote Infrastructure Management Systems (iDRAC, etc.) 

  • General Systems Administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP) 

  • Client requirements analysis 

  • Development and documentation of project plans 

  • Stakeholder engagement 

  • Project delivery and management 

  • Working independently and in a team environment 

  • Working as an escalation point for service desk analysts 

  • Experience with Microsoft Cloud Services beneficial 

  • Facilitating discussions and workshops with clients to understand their challenges and objectives, and translation into technical solutions using current technology, best practice and a consultative approach would be beneficial

  • Defining resource requirements, budgets and timeframes for project delivery would be beneficial


  • Ensure reliability and efficiency of IT services for our clients
  • Regular monitoring and management of internal and client  IT infrastructure
  • Manage & build out our customers networking infrastructure
  • Work with our Telstra aligned Technical Sales Consultants, providing advice and feedback on customer challenges & solutions
  • Provide technical escalation to service desk team members
  • Enhance existing systems and process to provide our customers with best in class experience
  • Work collaboratively with the entire team to achieve projected business outcomes
  • Translating requirements into project documentation 

  • Creating internal documentation around best practice 

  • Championing best-practice ICT processes 



  • Microsoft certifications
  • Cisco certifications
  • VMware (desirable) 
  • 10 plus years of experience within the industry

We are in search of an energetic and enthusiastic IT professional with a strong work ethic, who possesses the skills and personality to join our team in the capacity of Systems Administrator. This role is central to the to design, implementation and management of our clients' IT environments. You will have responsibility for both internal and client infrastructure and act as an escalation point for our growing service desk. Effective communication, both internally and client facing, is critical to succeed in this role.
