About The Role…
We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to work collaboratively with a highly talented cross-functional team on a variety of modern infrastructure and application delivery projects.
This position is based in our Brisbane office and onsite with our customers as required. The role is multifunctional, requiring a good selection of desktop and infrastructure management skills to succeed.

Operational support experience or hands-on conceptual understanding of a majority of the following technologies and products is preferred:
- Excellent customer focus and ability to resolve problems effectively
- A high degree of self-motivation
- MSP experience is a bonus
- Microsoft - Windows Server Infrastructure and Hyper-V / VMware virtualization (Highly proficient)
- Powershell scripting to a proficient level is highly desirable.
- Windows 10 enterprise fleet management
- SCCM, Intune (Desireable)
- Compute, Storage and Backup Infrastructure (Administrative)
- Network Infrastructure concepts and WAN, optimization (Conceptual understanding)
- Enterprise Cloud and Hybrid solutions Microsoft Office 365 / Azure / Sharepoint /Exchange etc
- Problem resolution of modern IT platform Infrastructure and Microsoft Technologies

The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills (not just command over the English language but you must be able to communicate precisely under pressure and in large project situations). Good skills in Servers and Infrastructure are desirable. Valid, current Microsoft certifications would place you at an advantage.
The position is a permanent role with an opportunity for travel and progression.
