Voice Presales Consultant
Job Description
In this role you will:
- Advise on and scope Unified Comms and telephony solutions to business clients
- Be a source of technical advice and be responsible for the solution scope and quoting
- Stay up to date with offerings from Tier 1 carriers and telephony technology providers
- Advise IT Managers and C-Level clients on complex UC solutions
- Manage your own time to deliver results
Job Requirement
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Demonstrable experience in pre-sales and solution design support
- Experience scoping and designing unified communications solutions
- Significant exposure to Mitel and/or Shoretel solutions
- To be a self motivated, autonomous team player - At First Focus we succeed together
- Dedication coupled with a results focused mindset
- To be a great communicator possessing outstanding spoken and written English skills
- Experience using CRMs
