提前三周想好整个作业所基于的现实框架,并且熟悉SHRM的模型,用最能够代表和阐述自己算选例子的模型来深入的解释其中所涉及到关于人力资源管理的问题的根本。 依然是基于SHRM几种模型的作业,但是所需要注意的是,这是一个小组作业,所以小组的配合和分工很重要。利用不同的模型从不同的角度来阐述问题是这个作业的根本。 利用海报的形式结合SHRM里面所学习到的一些策略对现实生活中的一个企业所面临的问题提出解决的方案。找好公司很重要,这意味着你后面的分析是否能够顺利的展开。一些比较基础且逻辑不混乱的人力资源问题是比较好的选择,类似于:企业内性别歧视;企业人力资源分配不公等问题。
