Many job seekers face rejection due to the absence of hands-on project experience on their resumes.This session, led by Long Zhao, Engineering Lead at Qantas with a decade of development experience, will demonstrate how participating in real-world projects can help overcome the "no experience = no opportunity" dilemma.
