Founded to serve Subway franchisees, the organization manages procurement of food, equipment, packaging, décor, and technology from Subway-approved suppliers, handling supply chain logistics to help franchise owners operate more efficiently and cost-effectively. IPCA operates as a not-for-profit cooperative, meaning its primary mission is to pass savings and value back to the franchisee members it serves across countries like Australia, New Zealand, and other APAC markets.
