Randwick City Council is a local government authority in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, New South Wales, and the second-oldest local government area in NSW, established in 1859. The council provides a wide range of community services including planning and development, environmental management, parks and recreation, infrastructure, and community programs to approximately 140,000 residents.
