Data & Reporting Analyst - Business Continuity
Job Description
How will I help?
As the Business Continuity Analyst, you will be responsible for using data captured by various Group systems to develop reports, insights and trends, identify dependencies, improvement opportunities and progress of the Business Continuity program.
The Business Continuity team is part of Group Protective Services (GPS) and is responsible for preparing Westpac to respond to unforeseen disruptions that have the potential to impact Westpac.
This role will also be responsible for supporting the testing and continuous improvement of Westpac Group’s business continuity documentation including maintaining policies, standards and processes ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements and maintaining tools and templates.
You will also play an active support role in the response to disruptions as required

Job Requirement
The successful candidate will bring previous experience in Business Continuity. You have ideally gained this experience having worked in the banking sector (or other highly regulated environment). Financial Services experience and or Risk experience will be highly desired. You have extensive experience and capabilities within Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. To be a stand out candidate, you will be brining experience in analytics and reporting.
Your ability to manage competing priorities is of second nature. You strive to consistently deliver in a timely manner when it comes to reports, insights and metrics.
You are resilient and enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and will be able to bring exceptional communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
