Job Description
As the Region Director, Private Wealth Solutions (South), you will lead a team of Investment specialists across the Southern Region (Victoria/SA/WA/Tas) in Business and Private Bank (B&PB) focusing on growing sales through the B&PB channels within this region. This team works with the investor client to identify needs and provide relevant product solutions for their consideration; as well as collaborating with bankers and advisers to identify clients that would benefit from the Wealth Solutions of NAB.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of the team and building ongoing client and stakeholder relationships to ensure the delivery of successful business initiatives.
With the client at the centre of what we do, you will be responsible for growing sales in the Business & Private Channel across cash, deposits (including structured), fixed income, AREITS, listed investment companies/Trust, managed investment schemes, equity derivatives, margin lending and nabtrade; along with assist in identifying referrals to JBWere (financial advice) where appropriate; and provide Risk Management solutions across Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate Risk Management.

Job Requirement
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, self-starter with proven sales and leadership skills coupled with the ability to build and foster ongoing client / stakeholder relationships. You will have strong desire to build and be a part of a successful business initiative. Your proven specialist expertise in FICC sales and experience in building networks, managing and developing teams and achieving revenue targets will ensure your success in this position. You will be someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can translate insights into initiatives that deliver customer value and revenue for the Bank on a consistent basis. Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Commerce or related discipline is preferred along with a qualification in AFMA Accreditation and / or Kaplan specifically Capital Accreditation.
