2 hours of seminars 6 times per semester. 2 hours of lectures 6 times per semester. 2 hours of tutorials 10 times per semester. Preparation: 8 hours background reading/preparation for lectures, tutorials and assessment tasks per week. Attendance at tutorials is recommended in order to successfully complete in-class activities and related assessment tasks.
Apply concepts, theories and models in organisational psychology to generate interventions to enhance the mental health and wellbeing of individuals and teams in the workplace.
Identify factors that are determinants of workplace health and well-being.
Explain concepts, theories, and models in organisational psychology.
Identify and communicate with the different audiences within the organisation about what factors might impact the mental health and wellbeing of individuals and teams in the workplace.
Examine the measurement of concepts, theories, models and interventions in the workplace.
Apply the models or concepts to address organisational issues related to individual work behaviours and attitudes, organisational structure and/or culture.
15-minute presentation and 1,000 words proposal plan.
