大家一定要好好改自己的简历，写清楚自己的优势，增加亮点 Google整体面试还是挺快的，一共有三轮面试电话面试比较简单，就问问你自己的一些情况，工作经验，以及技术情况和工作计划第二轮是技术面试二叉树的遍历、排序算法等基础编程问题。表现得不错的话就深入解决JVM内存结构、垃圾回收机制等问题第三轮是行为面试个人职业规划为什么想加入Google 过去的工作经历和项目经验之前项目遇到的问题，怎么解决的从失败的项目中学到什么经验
