HR电话面试，问一些基本情况，薪资期望 2小时的online测试，主要考算法知识，语言自选，难度适中通过之后是和IT lead视频一对一交流，结束后会发2选1的coding test 最后的test我用了一周时间完成一个小项目，因为只给了一个大方向和非常high level的要求，所以设计方案和实现都自由发挥，语言自选终面全程视频面试：先展示之前做的coding test项目，会根据我的方案进行提问； senior engineer会让现场写算法，然后PM会问一些behavioural question
