CompTIA A+ 是 CompTIA 整个证书体系里最基础的一张，也是全球 IT 支持岗位招聘 JD 中被点名次数最多的入门级认证。它和别的 CompTIA 证有一个根本区别：A+ 必须通过两门独立考试才能拿证——Core 1（220-1101）和 Core 2（220-1102），缺一不可。两科分别报名，每科 $253 USD，加起来 $506 USD（约 770 AUD），比 Network+ 还贵。
当前版本 220-1101 / 220-1102 是 2022 年发布、2024 年小幅更新的考纲。Core 1 考的是硬件相关的"看得见摸得着"的东西：移动设备、网络、硬件、虚拟化与云计算、硬件与网络故障排除（5 大领域）。Core 2 考的是"软的部分"：操作系统、安全、软件故障排除、操作流程与文档（4 大领域）。两科都是 最多 90 题、90 分钟，包含 PBQ（Performance-Based Questions，模拟操作题），通常 PBQ 会出现在试卷开头 5-8 题，很多人卡在这里浪费时间。
A+ 的及格线是 Core 1 = 675/900，Core 2 = 700/900。证书有效期 3 年，可以通过 CE（Continuing Education）学时续证，也可以通过考更高级的 Network+/Security+ 自动续期。
定位上 A+ 不是给程序员考的，也不是给云工程师考的。它对应的真实岗位是 IT Helpdesk、Desktop Support Technician、Field Service Technician、Junior System Admin——美国和澳洲很多政府机构、大型企业（银行、医院、学校系统）的入门 IT 岗位 JD 里会写 "CompTIA A+ required or equivalent"，HR 用关键词筛简历时直接卡这一项。

1. 第一阶段：硬件基础与 PC 拆装实操（2-3 周）
不要直接看视频或刷题。先去二手市场买一台 100-200 块的旧台式机，亲手拆开、识别每个部件（CPU、RAM、PSU、主板插槽、SATA、M.2、各种线缆）。这一步非常关键——A+ 考试有大量"看图识硬件"和"故障排查顺序"的题目，没有动手经验只靠死记的人考场上很容易蒙圈。配合 Professor Messer 免费 YouTube 系列（A+ 1101 部分），这是全球公认的 A+ 备考第一资源。
2. 第二阶段：Core 1（220-1101）系统刷题（3-4 周）
按 5 大领域分别推进：移动设备 (15%) → 网络 (20%) → 硬件 (25%) → 虚拟化与云 (11%) → 故障排查 (29%)。重点是故障排查领域，占比最高，必须背熟 CompTIA 官方的 6 步故障排查流程（identify → theory → test → plan → verify → document）。每天 30-50 题，必须看解析。Jason Dion 的 Udemy 模考是公认题库最接近真题的资源。
3. 第三阶段：考 Core 1（1 周内）
Jason Dion 模考稳定 80% 以上、Professor Messer 课程过完两遍之后立刻预约考试。不要等到 Core 2 也准备好再一起考——这是新手最常见的错误，跨度太长会忘前面的内容。考完 Core 1 立刻开始 Core 2，趁热打铁。考点选 Pearson VUE 线下或 OnVUE 在线监考都行，OnVUE 便宜但环境要求严格（独立房间、不能有任何纸张）。
4. 第四阶段：Core 2（220-1102）—— 操作系统与安全（3-4 周）
Core 2 比 Core 1 简单一些，因为大部分人对 Windows 操作系统已经有一定熟悉度。重点：操作系统 (31%)、安全 (25%)、软件故障排查 (22%)、操作流程 (22%)。安全部分会考社工攻击、恶意软件类型、Windows 安全设置、移动设备加密；操作流程会考工单文档、变更管理、安全处理客户数据这些"软技能"——这部分最容易低估，但出题量很大。
5. 第五阶段：考 Core 2 + 应对 PBQ（最后 1 周）
Core 2 考前最后一周必须专攻 PBQ（性能题）。PBQ 是模拟操作界面，让你拖拽配置防火墙规则、识别恶意软件类型、配置 Windows 用户权限等。重要技巧：考试开头的 PBQ 题如果一眼不会，立刻 Mark for Review 跳过，先做后面的选择题，最后回头攻 PBQ。很多人在前 5 道 PBQ 上耗掉 40 分钟，结果选择题没时间做。Core 2 考完之后两科都过，证书 1-2 个工作日通过 CompTIA Marketplace 发邮件下来。

A+ 对职业的真实影响
A+ 是 CompTIA 系列里 ROI 最有争议的一张。一方面，根据 CompTIA 官方 2024 年报告，全球约有 130 万人持有 A+，是它所有证书里持证人数最多的；另一方面，A+ 的薪资天花板很低——helpdesk 岗位在美国 BLS 数据里中位数约 $59,660/年，澳洲 Seek 上 IT Support Officer 中位数约 65,000-75,000 AUD，几乎是 IT 行业的最底层。
A+ 真正值钱的地方不是工资，而是"门槛"。美国国防部 8570/8140 指令明确把 A+ 列为 IAT Level 1 认可的认证，意味着任何想进入 DoD 承包商做最基础 IT 支持的人都需要它。澳洲的政府岗位（federal/state government IT support）和加拿大的 Bell、Rogers、TELUS 这类大公司 helpdesk 岗，JD 经常写 "A+ certification required within 6 months of hire"。没有它，简历直接进不了 ATS 系统。
最适合考 A+ 的三类人：
- 完全零基础的转行者——比如教师、零售、餐饮想转 IT 的人。A+ 强迫你系统学习硬件、操作系统、网络基础，这些是任何 IT 路径都绕不开的知识。
- 高中毕业不上大学想直接进 IT 的人——A+ 在美国/加拿大被很多社区学院、技校认可为学分置换，比 4 年学位便宜得多。
- 已经在做 helpdesk 但没有任何证书的人——拿到 A+ 之后内部晋升或跳槽到大公司更容易，是补一个"官方背书"。
不适合考 A+ 的人：
- 已经有 1-2 年 IT 工作经验：直接跳 Network+ 或 Security+，A+ 教的东西你早就会了，浪费 $506。
- 想做开发/数据/云的人：A+ 跟你的目标方向几乎零交集，去考 AWS CLF-C02 或者直接学编程更有用。
- 在中国大陆找工作的人：国内 HR 基本不认 A+，这张证在国内招聘市场没有任何溢价能力，建议考阿里云 ACA 或华为 HCIA 替代。
长期路径：A+ → Network+ → Security+ 是 CompTIA 官方推的"三件套"路径，全部考完之后可以申请 CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist (CSIS) stackable certification，这套组合在美国政府承包商市场很值钱。

Common mistakes
- **两科分开备考、间隔太长** — 最常见的失败模式。考完 Core 1 隔了 3 个月再考 Core 2，前面学的硬件和故障排查全忘了，结果 Core 2 期间还得回头复习。正确做法：把 Core 1 + Core 2 当成一个 12-16 周的整体计划，Core 1 考完 1-2 周内立刻考 Core 2。

- **低估 Core 2 的操作流程领域 (22%)** — 这部分考的是工单文档、变更管理流程、SDS 安全数据表、客户隐私处理、电子废弃物处理流程等"非技术"内容。技术背景越强的考生越容易轻视这部分，结果 Core 2 挂科。必须刷专门的"流程与文档"题库。
- **用过期的 220-1001/1002 旧版本教材备考** — 当前版本是 220-1101/1102（2022 年发布）。很多 Amazon 上便宜的 A+ 教材还是 1001/1002 旧版，里面缺少 Apple M1/M2 芯片、最新 Windows 11 设置、新的故障排查场景。买教材前一定确认 ISBN 对应 1101/1102。
